Each worker sees only their jobs, with the address, the checklist, and a Start and Finish button. Before and after photos go straight on the job.

On your letterhead, with your logo, tax rate and terms. The customer signs the estimate on their phone and it becomes a job on the calendar.

Start and finish times are recorded as the work happens, per worker, by week, month and year. No one fills in a timesheet on Friday from memory.

The things people ask first
Can I look at it before I decide?
Yes. Write to hello@getjornada.com and we will open a demo for you with a week of jobs already in it, so you can click around a real business rather than an empty screen.
Do my workers need to install anything?
No. It opens in the browser they already have. They sign in with a username you give them and see only their own jobs — never anyone's pay, prices or your customer list.
Who can see what I make?
Only you. There are three levels: the owner sees everything including pay, expenses and profit; a manager runs the schedule, customers and invoices without ever seeing money owed to people; a worker sees their own day.
How do my customers pay me?
However you already take money. Put your Zelle number or Venmo name in once and it prints on every invoice and unpaid receipt, and goes in the email too. Card and bank payments can be switched on for your account if you want them.
Is my information mine?
Yes. Your jobs, customers and money are yours and are never shown to another business. Your customer list, job history, expenses and the profit report all download as spreadsheets whenever you want them.
